Return/Exchange Policy
I will accept for refund or exchange within the first ten days after receipt of merchandise all essentially unworn or undamaged pieces. I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or in the most extreme cases refuse return if the piece has been broken or damaged due to excessive wear and tear. I am a reasonable person and will work with you to come to a fair arrangement for all parties.
I stand behind the quality of each piece of jewelry I sell. That being said I understand that jewelry is handmade and errors can occur. I will accept for return, exchange, or repair any piece that has broken under the acceptable terms of normal wear and tear within the first 90 days of purchase. If upon return the piece exhibits signs of hard wear such as stretched silk, bent components, or excessive wear to metal I reserve the right to negotiate its repair or a restocking fee on a case by case basis which could result in an out of pocket customer fee. If beyond the 90 day period a piece requires repair I can facilitate that repair for a pre-estimated customer fee.
